To become a Partner of The Official Kerry App you’ll need to agree to the Terms of Service below.

In addition, when you create an account, we process your information as described in our Privacy Policy, including these key points:

Data we process when you register

  • When you set up The Official Kerry App, we store the information you give us like your name, email address, and telephone number, card details, and business information. 

  • We also process the data collected from the analytics of The Official Kerry App and overall user experience

Why we process it

We process this data for the purposes described in our policy, including to:

  • Help our services deliver more useful, customized content

  • Conduct analytics and measurement to understand how our services are used. We are connected with a third-party software called Goodbarber.

  • To provide and operate the Services; The Official Kerry App

  • To further develop, customize, expand, and improve our Services, based on Users’ common or personal preferences, experiences and difficulties;

  • To help us to update, expand and analyze our records to identify new customers;

  • To facilitate, sponsor, and offer certain contests, events, and promotions, determine participants’ eligibility, monitor performance, contact winners, and grant prizes and benefits;

  • To create aggregated statistical data and other aggregated and/or inferred Personal Information, which we or our business partners may use to provide and improve our respective services;

  • To provide you with professional assistance, only upon your request;

  • To enhance our data security and fraud prevention capabilities; and

  • To comply with any applicable laws and regulations.

PAYMENT METHODS​

10. FEES AND PAYMENT TERMS

Applicable Subscription Fees -Once registered your business is active on The Official Kerry App for the 1-year subscription 

10.2 
Payment method. The User may pay by credit card or PayPal.  

10.3 
Change in Subscription Fees. We may change our Fees at any time. When applicable, we will give you advance notice of these Fee changes via the Services. New Fees will not apply retroactively. If you do not agree with the Fee changes, you have the right to reject the change by cancelling the applicable Paid Service before your next payment date.

Refunds. While you may cancel any Paid Services at any time, you will not be issued a refund except in our sole discretion, or if legally required.

Service Start. The Service subscribed by the User starts as soon as the first payment is received and content for The Official Kerry App has been received.

Banking Details update. To avoid any disruption of our Service, the User shall maintain its credit card and Paypal details updated. A menu is dedicated to it in the managing interface of the User Account.

Payment Processor: We use a third party payment processor to bill you through a payment account linked to your Account. The processing of payments will be subject to the terms, conditions and privacy policies of said payment processor, in addition to this Agreement. We do not control and are not liable for the security or performance of the payment processor. You agree to pay us, all charges at the prices then in effect for any purchase in accordance with the applicable payment terms. You agree to make payment using the payment method you provide with your Account. We reserve the right to correct, or to instruct our payment processor to correct, any errors or mistakes, even if payment has already been requested or received.

11. TERM OF THE SUBSCRIPTION 

Our Service is made available to you on an annual basis with purposed renewal, at your option at the time of subscription.
